Although originally from New York, I have been a resident of Central Florida since 1975 so I consider myself practically a native.  I graduated with honors from UCF in 1988 with a BSBA in Accounting and since then have founded successful businesses in both the electronics and hospitality industries.  I have been a REALTOR since 2006 and have truly enjoyed serving both Buyers and Sellers since.  

I work with my wife of 25 years and Real Estate partner Prebble and we must be doing something right because 2012 put us in the top 1% of real estate agents in the Central Florida market.   

While having received numerous awards, recognition and designations, even during a time of market turbulence, I prefer always to focus not on myself but on YOU, the customer.   I never take for granted the trust that is bestowed on me when a customer says, “I want you to sell my house” or “This will be our first home, will you help us?”.
Because of this I have never ceased expanding my knowledge and education and believe that a true professional never does.  I could not imagine going to a doctor who hasn’t learned anything new in a few years or one that practices medicine “on the side”.   While the difference between doctors and REALTORS are vast, the concept remains the same.  The person you want working with you should be the consummate professional that you can rely on for sage advice and guidance.  
My goal is to under promise and over deliver, to explain your options in every situation and give you my best professional advice that is always in YOUR best interest.  I do not believe a satisfied customer is sufficient.  That means just enough was done to get by.

I joined Warren in late 2008 simply because the business was growing so rapidly. Following his lead, I quickly learned how to use my talents developed with over 20+ years of interior design by staging the homes that we list for sale. I am also able to offer my services to buyers who need someone to help them in setting up their new home to suite their personal decorating style and preferences. I find that it is extremely rewarding to all of us when I can be helpful in selecting colors, decorative pieces and furnishings, or even provide suggestions as to where to hang pictures or place furniture.

Part of my job description is to bring the buyer and the home together. I absolutely love meeting people and driving them around to look at homes until they find the one that is the perfect fit. Gettng to know YOU is very important in helping you find your home. Warren and I have maintained a professional relationship with all of our customers, but we have also gained many wonderful friends in the process.

Together, Warren and I work diligently to answer every question, provide excellent service that is tailored to the needs of the individual buyer(s) and to be professional and thorough throughout the process. From meeting a new client across the table, to helping them find a solid lender, the perfect home, quality inspectors and all that comes in between up until the day of handing them the keys...we work hard to earn the trust and the respect of our clients; to have them walk through the door of their new home and feel completely happy about the journey that led them there.
